Uplifting Yellow

Uplifting Yellow Colour Catalyst

Uplifting Yellow.Warmth. Stimulating. Optimism.

Yellow, the colour of sunshine, hope, and happiness. A strong colour that vibrates with it’s energy. A little goes a long way when it comes to yellow. Studies show yellow can increase mental activity via increased muscle energy.

The colour yellow helps activate the memory, encourage communication, enhance vision, build confidence, and stimulate the nervous system.

But yellow has conflicting associations too as it represents cowardice and deceit. A dull or dingy yellow may represent caution, sickness, and jealousy.

Blue for Communication

Blues are your friend.
This is why SocialMedia platforms have chosen blue as the colour of choice in their logos.

Re-Energise with Violet

Re-Energise with violet.

Violet has a variety of effects on the mind and body, in its softer tones these include uplifting spirits and calming the mind and nerves. Purple combines the calm stability of blue and the fierce energy of red.

The colour purple is often associated with royalty, nobility, luxury, power, and ambition.

Purple also represents meanings of wealth, extravagance, creativity, wisdom, dignity, grandeur, devotion, peace, pride, mystery, independence, and magic.Royalty and Church wear purple to convey this spiritual connection that is linked with other worlds, space and higher beings. Of course it was also only the wealthy who could afford purple garments for a very long time as purple was the most expensive dye to produce! The darker the purple the more dye needed and the more expensive the cloth. A simple way to show power and wealth.

Green Colour Catalyst

Green is associated with meanings of growth, harmony, balance, freshness, safety, fertility, and the environment.

Green is also traditionally associated with money, finances, banking, ambition, greed, and jealousy.

The colour green has healing power and is understood to be the most restful and relaxing colour for the human eye to view.

Red for Confidence

Red is a strong and vibrant colour that can help boost your confidence when going out to meet people for the first time.

I attended a women's networking meeting the other night and the amount of red in the room that night was quite staggering! The other colour of choice was black.
