How many options are too many?

I met a woman today who listed over 7 different ways she serves clients, 3 different audiences and 2 business models. And yet her business income was stagnant.

Why?

Because she has no clear focus or message to share. Everyone she meets will get overwhelmed as she lists the many ways she works. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The standard human mind just can’t deal with this in today’s climate of mass distraction as our attention is already split into many places. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It’s not that we can’t handle complex messages, it’s more that we are all processing so many different messages, that when we meet someone new, we want to hear a clear simple message that appeals and meets a need that we get and desire. Or know someone else who would want it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Are you struggling with your focus right now too? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I hear you, as that was me several years back.

I can do a lot of things so I thought I should offer a lot of things to my clients. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

But it just caused confusion. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

By deciding to serve entrepreneurs who are more introverted in nature or Highly Sensitive, I could focus in and really help my audience by providing strategies to scale your expertise online without the overwhelm. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I focus on helping you create clear offers with strong messaging as I have seen NOT doing this is the biggest mistake that many business owners make which leads to stagnation and frustration. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

If you do one thing today, I ask you to relook at your offers and who you are serving. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Are they focused?

Creating an Online Summit in 2026: What Actually Makes Them Work

I am not against online summits. I am against poorly designed ones. In 2026, a summit is not a content library or a visibility stunt. It is a designed experience. Teaching vs Transformation: Why Framework Thinking® Creates Lasting Authority

Christophe Stourton’s feedback after the Long Lasting Authority Think Tank Summit caught my attention for one reason. He wrote, “event seems too small a word.” That line stopped me, because it named something I’d been sensing: we weren’t running an “event.” We were designing a transformational architecture. And that distinction matters. Teaching gives people information. Transformation changes
