The Authority SPARK Process™  

This is the comprehensive five-step framework that I take all my clients through as it helps experts develop their unique authority to effectively grow their impact and income as they attract ideal clients.

The 5 SPARK steps are:

1. Self - as the expert, everything starts with you, and your expertise that you are sharing with clients. We understand what your goals are, your personality and who you wish to work with.
2. Premise - then we create your unique premise, your signature solution, that outlines specifically what you wish to be known for. This is the start of codifying your process and creating your unique intellectual property that is wrapped up in your Authority Framework®.
3. Art - we bring everything together into unique visual frameworks that capture your branding and show this in simple visuals, that others get instantly. (Example: my diagram of the Authority SPARK Process)
4. Reach - then we look at how you deliver your expertise via your offer suite, to ensure that you reach the right people in the right way, connecting to your premise and set up to suit your lifestyle.
5. Kudos - lastly we look at the elements that grow your authority, raise your profile and attract an ongoing audience who want to work with you.

THE AUTHORITY LEXICON

As we work through The Expert SPARK Process, you will become familiar with the core terminology that I use to guide my clients to own their own authority.

• Authority Architect: Susanna Reay’s unique title as she supports you to design and build your authority. 
• Authority Framework®;  the premier system to define your signature framework -  a visual and strategic system that captures your method in a clear, repeatable way - used across content, offers, and delivery to scale your business.
• The Authority Ecosystem™ is a comprehensive, interconnected collection of content, resources, and commercial offerings across multiple platforms that systematically demonstrate your expertise and create multiple entry points for ideal clients at every stage of their journey.
• The Authority Inversion Principle™: This is about building genuine expertise authority from the inside-out by developing your intellectual property first, rather than chasing external validation through endless content creation and visibility. • Scalable Offer Suite is a strategically designed progression of complementary products and services at different price points that creates clear pathways for clients to deepen their engagement with your expertise while maximizing their lifetime value and your business sustainability. This comprises most commonly of 4 offers:

1. Touchpoint Offer - the first step into your world, a free interaction that helps you see the answer to your problem in a new way, that builds trust to move in closer. Quizzes, Downloads, Masterclasses, E-Books, Paper Books, Podcasts, Videos etc all come in here. Read more about the importance of these here.
2. Golden Offer - the instant action offer that goes deep into one thing only to give results fast, that encourages the clients to want more. This offer doesn’t involve any direct interaction with the host and is often termed as “passive income” in that respect as you can scale at will - so long as your marketing machine is set up to support this!
3. Signature Offer - the heart of your business, where clients write the rave reviews and results happen as you guide your clients along the full A to B of your unique support pathway, within a scalable group structure. Group here can be anything from 4 to 40 to 400 or 40000 - as the choice is always yours.
4. Star Offer - the high touch, VIP support where clients pay for your direct involvement, encouragement and accountability. This is the offer that most startups start with, as it provides invaluable insight into who you love to work with.
