Are you ready to launch your Signature Offer?

Launching your Signature Offer is an exciting moment for a business owner. This is when you diversify your income and are able to serve more than one client at the time while bringing together your framework and knowledge to have a bigger impact.

Signature Offers are designed to expand with your client base in a sustainable way so it matters not if your clients number triple or multiply by a hundred, you can still serve them with grace and integrity.

What form can a Signature Offer Take?

Signature Offers can be set up in a few different ways, depending on several factors:

  • Client Learning Style (self-learners, group-learners or a mix)

  • Evergreen vs. Ever-changing Topic (does your content have a best before date?)

  • Client Accountability (how much hand holding is required?)

  • Length of Transformation (realistically, how long does it take to achieve the end goal?)

  • Time commitments for both host and client (weekly focus time needed to achieve the result)

  • Size of your audience (engaged people in your network)

  • Support materials required (high or low tech or traditional)

The answers to these questions will determine if a membership or an online course structure is better for your business.

Your Signature Offer could also be a high-ticket personal experience, such as a VIP day, a retreat or mentoring over a set period of time.

My favourite is a hybrid Signature Offer where you bring in a unique mix of methods to serve your people in exactly the way they need to achieve the end result, all while keeping you in control of your time and energy levels.

Every business is unique and the Signature Offer you create should reflect this.

This is a culmination of your experience to date working with individual clients and now you are stepping it up a level to bring group dynamics into your business.

How do I know if I'm ready to launch a Signature Offer?

If you have worked with clients on an individual level for at least 6 months, received feedback and testimonials, you will be well-placed to transfer your knowledge into a Signature Offer.

You will have seen and served the common issues and challenges faced by your clients and understand not only the end goals your clients seek, but tested various methods to see which work best for most people.

Ideal Pre-work

Before embarking on creating a Signature Offer, I’d recommend you spend the first 6 months at minimum, testing and refining your marketing message. This needs to be your main focus, so you can create awareness around your topic and build an audience who are naturally connected with the area you serve.

If you have been trying to refine your messaging for a while, and still not getting traction, then the process of creating a Signature Offer can speed up this connection as you focus on a specific area of your expertise. The more specific we can be with our content, and link these to the offer we have for sale, the higher the conversion quotient will be.

The Signature Finish Line

The thread that connects all Signature Offers is that they have the same end goal - the finish line is clear and wanted by prospects. The focus is the heart of your business, the element that you adore helping your clients with time and time again.

Your Signature Offer is the beating heart of your business.

It is the offer you get known for and once established,

brings in the majority of your income.

The urgency to join comes from the prospect as they have already made the decision that your service is the next step for their growth - whether personally or in business. Your marketing will help them see that your solution is the ideal one for them.

If you’re ready to introduce offers that scale with your clients, consider joining The Spark Space where you will get access to specific training and coaching to create your Signature Offer training. This gives you live accountability in small group cohorts to ensure you reach the finish line of publishing your Signature Offer, ready to serve new clients.

During our time together you will create focused messaging, graphics and frameworks for your offer that will guide your prospects smoothly into your program, credit card in hand. Beyond this, we look at the messaging, research, audience and more over our 12 months together as a business, like Rome, wasn't built in a day.

I am not against online summits. I am against poorly designed ones. In 2026, a summit is not a content library or a visibility stunt. It is a designed experience. And most fall apart because the host tries to solve too many things at once instead of getting clear on what truly matters. When I design a summit,

Teaching vs Transformation: Why Framework Thinking® Creates Lasting Authority

Christophe Stourton’s feedback after the Long Lasting Authority Think Tank Summit caught my attention for one reason. He wrote, “event seems too small a word.” That line stopped me, because it named something I’d been sensing: we weren’t running an “event.” We were designing a transformational architecture. And that distinction matters. Teaching gives people information. Transformation changes
