Over the years, I began noticing the same frustration appearing again and again: Brilliant experts, deep thinkers, people doing meaningful work. Yet still struggling to explain what made their work different.
Not because they lacked expertise, but because the advice available to them often felt fragmented. Sales advice focused on sales. Marketing advice focused on marketing. Messaging advice focused on messaging.
Useful in part — but rarely joined up.
And for experts whose work is nuanced, layered, or still evolving, this often creates more noise rather than clarity.
What felt missing was a space to think properly.
A place where ideas could be explored, challenged, shaped and strengthened — without pressure to follow someone else's formula.

Much of the work inside STUDIO happens in writing and/or sketches.
Inside our designated Slack workspace, you bring one focused question, challenge or sketch each week and receive thoughtful strategic refinement.
This might be:
→ a framework idea
→ messaging that feels almost there

→ an offer that lacks shape
You receive thoughtful strategic feedback on a designated day each week. Not reactive advice, not dependency.
Each week's questions have a submission deadline of Wednesday at 12 noon UK time, and Susanna will have all replies back in 48 hours (occasionally shifted depending other engagements).
Submit one meaningful piece of work* each month for detailed feedback, refinement and perspective.
Examples might include:
